Terms of Service

PrayPages Console is a web application that helps authorized operators (a) import medical charity beneficiary stories from a fixed allowlist of public charity websites, (b) review and edit captions/prayers, (c) confirm republishing rights, and (d) publish photo posts to a TikTok account that the operator connects using TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API.

The Service is provided for lawful content publishing workflows with human review. It is not a consumer social network and is not a general-purpose website scraper.

You may use the administrative console only if you are an authorized administrator designated by PrayPages, are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), and can form a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account.

When you connect TikTok or publish through the Service, you must also comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, Content Sharing Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation, Branded Content Policy, and any other TikTok policies that apply to your account and content.

Without limiting the above, you agree that:

• You will only publish content you have the right to post, including rights in photos, names, medical descriptions, and captions.
• You will use TikTok OAuth scopes only for the features described in the Service (basic profile, publish/upload content, and listing posts to avoid duplicates).
• Before publishing, you understand that TikTok may require privacy selections, comment settings, and disclosures; unaudited apps may be limited to private posts and private accounts until TikTok approves Direct Post for public reach.
• By posting content that uses TikTok music features (including auto-added music), you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation.
• You will not use the Service to spam, manipulate engagement, misrepresent medical facts, or post content that violates TikTok policies or applicable law.
• You will not add promotional watermarks or unauthorized branding onto content shared to TikTok through the Service.

TikTok, not PrayPages, controls the TikTok platform, audit decisions, rate limits, privacy enforcement, and whether a post is publicly viewable.

Charity stories and images concern real people. Operators must verify they have permission to republish photographs and story text before approving a story. The Service's permission checkboxes are operational controls; they do not create rights you do not already have from the source organization or applicable law (including fair use / quotation rules where they apply).

You retain responsibility for the accuracy of edits you make and for any claims arising from content you approve or publish.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass allowlists, authentication, or rate limits.
• Use the Service to access non-allowlisted domains or private/internal networks.
• Reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or TikTok APIs.
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, including medical misinformation intended to cause harm.
• Submit the Service for TikTok review using false statements about how the product works.

The Service software, branding, and documentation are owned by PrayPages or its licensors. Charity source content remains owned by the respective charities or rights holders. TikTok trademarks belong to TikTok.

The Service may call TikTok, hosting providers, AI draft generators, and fetch-assist providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or enforcement actions by third parties (including TikTok app review outcomes).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that publishing will succeed, that TikTok will approve public posting, or that imported charity information is complete or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PrayPages WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM TIKTOK PLATFORM ACTIONS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING).

You will defend and indemnify PrayPages against claims arising from your content, your use of TikTok through the Service, your failure to obtain republishing rights, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if TikTok revokes API access, or if continued operation would create legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and may disconnect TikTok in the console.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where practical. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PrayPages's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.
